Customers who use the registration system herewith declare that they agree to the following conditions in the version valid at the time of use:

Subject

The contractual relationship between the organiser and the customer is restricted solely to the possibility of registering badges. No guarantee is assumed for the accuracy of the event dates contained in the online website. Information can be modified at any time and without prior announcement. The Exhibition Regulations and the internal rules and regulations of the respective venues must be observed upon entry.

Admission Policy

- Registration is compulsory for entry.
- Badges are non-transferable and visitors found to be facilitating this will not be eligible for venue entry or any other future exhibitions.
- If you do not receive your visitor confirmation in your e-mail, please check your spam folder (in some cases, your e-mail settings or system firewalls may cause our visitor confirmation e-mails to go to your Junk folder). For online registration support, please contact us.
- Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone obtaining visitor or exhibitor badges by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave the event.
- Only visitors aged 18 years or older are allowed access.
- Anyone attending the exhibition must not take part in any campaigning, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behavior or any activity which may disrupt the exhibition.

Return of the tickets is ruled out.

Personalised badges and the print-out

Badges will be delivered electronically per email as a PDF file to the email address of the ordering party.
Badges are personalised and not transferable. They only apply for the bearer, whose family name and first name is printed on the badge. That is why evidence of legitimacy, for example through an identity card, driving licence or passport, may be requested at the admission controls of the event. Each badge will be checked electronically for validity.

Security and data protection

Google AdWords Conversion-Tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" with conversion tracking. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve for personal identification.

If the user visits certain pages on this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and ADITUS GmbH can recognize that the user has clicked on the advertisement and been directed to this page. Each Google AdWords customer is allocated a different cookie. Cookies can thus not be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected via the conversion cookie serves to draw up conversion statistics in anonymised form for ADITUS GmbH.

ADITUS GmbH is notified of the total number of users who have clicked on its advertisement and been directed on to a page equipped with a conversion-tracking tag. However, ADITUS GmbH does not receive any information with which users can be identified personally. Users who do not wish to participate in the tracking mode can easily deactivate the cookie of the Google conversion tracking via their internet browser under user settings.
